We consider the residents of Pierce County to be our customers. Their feedback helps us develop innovative solutions, create trust and deliver value. This customer service approach keeps us focused on continual process and performance improvements.

How are we doing?

A new online survey tool is being developed and will launch later this year. 

What are we working on?

A number of Executive departments seek out feedback on a regular basis. Whether in-person at a County office location or while online at a County website, customers are prompted to provide feedback on their interaction with staff members. We are working to implement a standardized online customer satisfaction survey.
