ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS
The Communications department provides communications support to all three branches of Pierce County government to create useful and timely information to the public about programs, projects, activities and decisions. We assist with responses to media requests and help departments with education and outreach through a variety of methods, including video production by Pierce County TV, social media platforms and the county’s website.
